Effective August 1, 2026

Terms of Use

These terms govern the private CoS Receipt Intake integration operated by ThirtyNine Capital.

Authorized use

The integration is for authorized users of the connected Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, and QuickBooks Online accounts. It may capture receipt documents, propose expense coding, create approved initial expense entries, and attach receipts.

Accounting boundary

The integration is an administrative aid, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. It does not perform reconciliation, bank-feed matching, payment processing, transfers, journal entries, closing adjustments, or deletion of existing QuickBooks transactions. The account owner and bookkeeper remain responsible for reviewing entries and maintaining the books.

Accuracy and review

Automated extraction can be wrong. Ambiguous, duplicate, unsupported, or out-of-policy items are intended to stop for review. Users must verify the merchant, date, amount, payment account, category, tax treatment, and business purpose before approving a live entry.

Availability

The service is provided as available and may be interrupted by provider outages, expired credentials, or maintenance. The operator may suspend access to protect accounts or data.

Termination

The owner may disconnect QuickBooks access at any time. Disconnecting stops future API access but does not automatically remove valid accounting records or source receipts that must be retained for bookkeeping or legal purposes.
